All prices include shipping charges. Sales tax of 8% will be added to all orders except for magazines. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Express delivery is available if you will e-mail us about your order so we can tell you what the additional charges will be.

DuPage Roots: Then and Now Appr. 7 1/4″ x 10 1/4″ hard cover. 349 pp. The second edition to DuPage Roots (1985), and like the first edition is a landmark publication, the most comprehensive and authoritative historical treatment of the county to date. The authors of the second edition have made use of 37 years of subsequent historical research since 1985 to allow them to refine and in some cases to correct the previously written history, and of course to bring it up to date, in glorious color. The new edition thus expands the community history section from 26 to 30, and the general history from six chapters to seven chapters. The added seventh chapter and the updating of the 26 existing community chapters thus bring the history of DuPage County up to the tail end of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2022. In the period from 1985 DuPage County had transformed from a long-time rural-suburban mix to a suburban-urban mix. $60 (members); $70 (non-members). Membership will be verified upon order.
